These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Easy Coach Bus Limited services, including ticket bookings, parcel deliveries and bus hire. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Bookings made online, via WhatsApp or at our offices are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and a ticket is issued.
We accept M-Pesa, cash payments at our offices, and confirmation via WhatsApp. All fares are quoted in Kenyan Shillings and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure may be eligible for a refund minus an administrative fee. No-shows are not refundable. Date changes are subject to availability.
Each passenger is entitled to one piece of carry-on luggage (up to 10 kg) and one piece of checked luggage (up to 25 kg) at no extra charge. Additional or oversized luggage may attract a fee.
Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner. Smoking, alcohol consumption and any form of harassment are strictly prohibited on all our buses.
Easy Coach is not liable for items left on board, but every reasonable effort will be made to return found items. Please contact our office within 7 days.
While we strive for punctuality, schedules may be affected by weather, road conditions or other events beyond our control. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by delays.
Children under 3 years of age travel free of charge when sharing a seat with a guardian. Children aged 3-12 may qualify for a discounted fare.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
